Force Majeure – Window Rock Station – Units #4A, 7A, 3B and 6B

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced an equipment failure associated with its Window Rock A Compressor Station Unit #7, and as such the unit is currently unavailable. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be reduced by 84,208 dekatherms (Dth/d) per day effective on November 15, 2022, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the NORTH ML constraint.

 

Window Rock A Compressor Station Unit #4 remains under repair.

 

Window Rock B Compressor Station Unit #3 and Unit #6 remain under repair.

 

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
