Initial Force Majeure - Line 1300 - Gallup Area

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified an anomaly on Line 1300 downstream of the Bluewater Compressor Station. The repair will require a pressure reduction and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint will be reduced by 313,882 per day (Dth/d), effective October 4, 2022, Intraday 1 Cycle (Cycle 3).

 

EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through CAPROCK N constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.

 

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
