Force Majeure Lifted – El Paso C Station

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on May 18, 2022 (reference Critical Notice No. 614850), associated with its El Paso C Compressor Station. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the ELPASO C constraint effective June 14, 2022 Timely Cycle (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through ELPASO C constraint.

 

EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
