Initial Force Majeure - Line 1110 - Carlsbad Area
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified an anomaly on Line 1110, downstream of the Pecos River Compressor Station, which will require isolation and repair before the line may be placed back in use. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the GUADLUP constraint, will be reduced by 269,800 dekatherms (Dth/d), effective March 10, 2022, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through GUADLUP constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.
This incident constitutes an event of force majeure under EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume 1A, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.3.
