Force Majeure Update # 3 – Lordsburg Station Unit 1C and Florida Station Unit 1C
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. ("EPNG") is providing this update to the Force Majeure notice posted Monday, March 18, 2019, (reference Critical Notice No. 604879, 604914, 604944) associated with its Lordsburg Compressor Station Unit 1C and Florida Compressor Station Unit 1C.
Florida Unit 1C has been returned to service. The available capacity through L2000 will increase by 131,400 dekatherms (Dth) to 516,100 Dth effective Timely (Cycle 1), Gas Day March 31, 2019. The impact of the remaining Lordsburg Unit 1C outage is 58,800 Dth yielding an operational capacity of 516,100 Dth relative to the base capacity of 574,900 Dth. As stated previously, the Lordsburg Unit 1C is anticipated to return to service April 5, 2019. EPNG will continue to provide updates on resumption of service as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of force majeure under EPNG's FERC Gas, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.3.
