Force Majeure - Line 1600 Deming Area

 

El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified a potential leak on Line 1600, downstream of the Florida Compressor Station which will require a pressure restriction for immediate assessment starting February 6. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the CORN HPW constraint will be reduced from 638,300 dekatherms (Dth) per day to 451,000 Dth/day effective Gas Day February 6, 2019, Evening Cycle (Cycle 2) and remain in effect until further notice. EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

 

This outage constitutes an event of force majeure under Section 11.3 General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
