Force Majeure – Compressor Equipment Failure

YGS has experienced an equipment failure during the start-up following the completion of the annual BHP Survey. Accordingly, the storage field is unavailable for withdrawals for all services effective immediately until further notice. Therefore, YGS is declaring a Force Majeure pursuant to Section 11.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the First Revised Volume No. 1 of YGS's FERC Gas Tariff.
