Force Majeure - WIC Wamsutter Unit #1 (Updated to reflect current tariff reference)
Wyoming Interstate Company L.L.C. (WIC) has experienced a mechanical issue described as a guide vane actuator failure, which requires immediate attention. Therefore, the WIC Wamsutter Compressor Station Unit #1 is currently unavailable due to the need for necessary repairs. Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff Third Revised Volume No. 2 which will affect the operational capacity through the Segment 426 - Threemile to Wamsutter TD2 constraint and will be reduced by 180,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective September 8, 2026, Cycle 3 – (Intraday 1), and Cycle 1 (Timely cycle), Gas Day September 9, 2026, until repairs are complete.
WIC will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the Segment 426 - Threemile to Wamsutter TD2 constraint as more information becomes available.
