Force Majeure Declared Segment 426 and 427
Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) has discovered a probable surface or subsurface anomaly impacting the safety and integrity of the Wamsutter Compressor Station piping and immediate attention is required. The station has been isolated from the pipeline and depressurized for inspection and repairs. It will remain out of service until further notice. The repairs will reduce the capacity on Segment 426 Threemile to Wamsutter TD2 (BH) – Operating Capacity 475,000 dth reduced to 0 dth and Segment 427 Piceance JCT Location TD1 (FH) – Operating Capacity 580,000 dth reduced to 0 dth.
Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 2 effective for the Intraday 3 Cycle for Gas Day June 17, 2026, and Evening Cycle for Gas Day June 18, 2026, until further notice.
