High Line Pack Condition

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) is experiencing a higher than normal line pack across its system which is limiting WIC's ability to manage pack imbalances at receipt and/or delivery points. WIC will be taking the following actions effective Intraday 2 Cycle for gas day March 20, 2026 until further notice to minimize imbalances and protect system integrity:

1. Underperformance caps may be placed on nonperforming delivery points effective the next available nomination cycle.

2. Physical flows at receipt meters may be adjusted via flow control to match scheduled quantities.

3. WIC will require all transportation transactions to be in balance between receipts and deliveries.
