Force Majeure Declared Segment 440 Update #2

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) has experienced a mechanical failure on Unit #3 at its WIC Douglas Compressor Station Constraint (Segment 440) on January 27th posted in notice #122856.

Update #1 identified an addition mechanical issue further reducing capacity on Segment 440 WIC Douglas Compressor Station Constraint (Seg 440).

 Update #2. Unit #1 has been repaired and returned to service. Capacity at the WIC Douglas Compressor Station Constraint (Segment 440) will increase 375,000 Dth/d to 750,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction until further notice.

Accordingly, WIC is updating the Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 2 effective for the Intraday 1 Cycle for gas February 5, 2026, and Timely Cycle (Cycle 1) for Gas Day February 6, 2026, until repairs are complete.
