Force Majeure Declared Segment 440 Update #1

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) has experienced a mechanical failure on Unit #3 at its WIC Douglas Compressor Station Constraint (Segment 440, MEDICINE BOW – DOUGLAS AREA) on January 27th posted in notice #122856.

Update, during the scheduled mechanical inspection of Unit #1 at Douglas Compressor Station, a mechanical issue was found that requires repair. This emergent repair work will further reduce the capacity on Segment 440 MEDICINE BOW – DOUGLAS AREA from 750,000 Dth/d to 375,000 Dth/d in the TD1 direction until further notice.

Accordingly, WIC is updating the Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 2 effective for the Intraday 3 Cycle for gas day January 28, 2026, and Evening Cycle (Cycle 2) for Gas Day January 29, 2026, until repairs are complete.
