Force Majeure Declared Segment 440

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) has experienced a mechanical failure on Unit #3 at its WIC Douglas Compressor Station Constraint (Segment 440). Emergent repair work will reduce the capacity on Segment 440 from 1,075,000 Dth/d to 750,000 in the TD1 direction until further notice.

Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 2 effective for the Evening Cycle (Cycle 2), Gas Day January 28, 2026 until repairs are complete.
