Force Majeure Declared Segment 424

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) has pipeline and compression facilities on its Piceance lateral that are near the Lee Fire in Rio Blanco County, CO.  For safety reasons related to this fire, WIC has placed some of those facilities out-of-service until the fire no longer threatens those facilities.  This is impacting pressures in the area and limiting some flows.

Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to WIC's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 for this outage. Effective for the Intraday 3 Cycle for gas day August 7, 2025, and the Evening Cycle for gas day August 8, 2025, and until further notice the following actions will be taken:

·         Capacity through Segment 424 Piceance Lateral Constraint in the Forward Haul (TD1) direction will be reduced from 580,000 Dth/day to 475,000 Dth/d

·         Flow at receipt points on Segment 422 will be monitored for performance and may result in performance caps if upstream facilities cannot meet WIC's pressures
