Force Majeure Declared Segment 428

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) has experienced a mechanical failure on the unit at its Creston Compressor Station located in Carbon County, Wyoming on Echo Springs Lateral (Segment 428). The subsequent repair work will reduce the capacity on Segment 428 from 132,000 Dth/d to zero in the TD1 direction until further notice.

Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff Second Revised Volume No. 2 effective for the Intraday 2 Cycle, Gas Day July 14, 2025, and Timely cycle, Gas Day July 15, 2025, until repairs are complete.
