Cold Weather Alert - Update

Due to the multi-day nature of the upcoming cold weather expected to begin this coming weekend, Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) is anticipating an increase in demand on its system which will limit its ability to manage draft imbalances associated with supply shortfalls. Therefore, when necessary to minimize imbalances and protect system integrity, underperformance caps may be placed on nonperforming receipt points effective the next available nomination cycle until further notice. Furthermore, imbalances at receipt and/or delivery points may necessitate rapid escalation to additional measures such as Operational Flow Orders (OFOs) outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.1 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 2.
