Force Majeure Declared on WIC Locations

During the regularly scheduled maintenance posted in Notice ID 119520, Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) discovered a fuel valve issue which requires immediate attention. As such, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure (FMJ) pursuant to its FERC GAS Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 2, General Terms and Conditions, Section 11.2 for the duration of this outage. The following locations will be impacted, beginning with Cycle 1 (Timely cycle), Gas Day 9, until further notice:
896114 - DEOPL/WIC (TML) THREEMILE DELIVERY
Delivery volumes to this location will be scheduled to zero (0) during the duration of the FMJ. 800115 - REX/WIC (BTC) BITTER CREEK BI-DIRECTIONAL Delivery volumes to this location will be scheduled to zero (0) during the duration of the FMJ. Receipt volumes from REX/WIC (BTC) Bitter Creek Bi-Directional (PIN 800115) will be scheduled, up to the normal capacity posted on the WIC EBB during the FMJ. This will impact shippers that are scheduled to deliver gas to the above locations.
