FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 409A-101 TO MLV 409A-103 (SEGMENT 490 FH) EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 6, 2026 RESOLVED
Tennessee previously posted a notice to customers of pig runs between 409A-101 to 409A-103 scheduled on September 22, 2026 through September 25, 2026 near the Alamo Compressor Station in Hidalgo County, TX. As a result of these pig runs, Tennessee identified repairs that were needed on the pipeline. In order to complete the repairs, Line 1 between STA 409A-101 and MLV 409A-103 was isolated and the Rio Bravo Delivery Meter (421017) and the Cenagas Delivery Meter (450261) were physically shut in. Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee declared a Force Majeure event from STA 409A-101 to MLV 409A-103 on Line 1 and at the Rio Bravo Delivery Meter and the Cenagas Delivery Meter effective October 6, 2026 (Notice Identifier #404703). The repairs have now been completed and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved. Effective Intraday Cycle 1 for the Gas Day of Wednesday, October 7, 2026 and until further notice, nominations will be scheduled up to such segment and meter capacity as posted on Tennessee's EBB.
This notice will be the final update for this outage.
