EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 542 UNIT 3A EFFECTIVE 4-7-2026 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 542 near De Kalb, MS on April 7, 2026 (Notice Identifier #400471). Tennessee discovered an issue with Unit 3A at the station which necessitated repairs. The issue has now been resolved and the unit is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, nomination increases pathed through STA 860 (Segment 548 BH) will be accepted effective Intraday Cycle 1 for the Gas Day of Friday, September 11, 2026 up to segment capacity as posted on TGP's EBB.

This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
