EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 258-2 TO 259-2 EFFECTIVE 9-9-2026

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent repair issue in Berkshire County MA. Tennessee has identified an issue which necessitates immediate repairs. Personnel are onsite and evaluating the repairs. Tennessee is estimating the impact to be up to 550,000 dths pathed through Segment 249 FH. Based upon current nominations, restrictions through a pro rata portion of Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through Segment 249 FH are at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Friday, September 11, 2026. Previously scheduled volumes pathed through Segment 249 FH will not be curtailed; however, all increases pathed through Segment 249 FH for the remainder of today's Gas Day, September 9, 2026 and Gas Day Thursday, September 10, 2026 are at risk.
