TGP BACKHAUL FUEL OVERRIDE PATH CHANGES EFFECTIVE 09-01-2026 REMINDER

As a reminder, effective September 1, 2026 for Timely Cycle, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“TGP”) will be adjusting the paths that qualify for the backhaul fuel override. The backhaul fuel paths that will qualify for the backhaul fuel exception effective September 1, 2026 and until further notice are (new changes in RED):

Station 267 to Station 237 - (Segment 266, Segment 265, Segment 261, Segment 260, Segment 256, Segment 249, Segment 245, Segment 241, Segment 237)
MLV 336 to Station 319 – (Segment 324, Segment 321, Segment 320, Segment 394, Segment 319)
Station 219 to Station 318 – (Segment 300, Segment 307, Segment 313, Segment 314, Segment 315, Segment 316, Segment 317, Segment 318)
Niagara Spur North to South-(Segment 296, Segment 295)
Rio Bravo Delivery Meter 421017/Cenagas Delivery Meter 450261 to Station 1 – (Segment 491 or Segment 492, Segment 490, Segment 410, Segment 409, Segment 406)

Station 87 to Station 219 – (Segment 187, Segment 110, Segment 200, Segment 204, Segment 209, Segment 212, Segment 214, Segment 216, Segment 217)

Please note the below Backhaul Fuel Exception Path will be removed effective September 1, 2026 due to changes in supply/market and resulting operations:

MLV 820 to MLV 821 – (from HPL Sabine Meter 412690 to CAM IPL Banken Meter 49446)

The qualifications for backhaul fuel are as follows:

Both Receipt and Delivery meters fall within the same group and the route is pathed in the opposite direction of physical flow
The Receipt and Delivery meters fall in different groups but the groups are connected by one of the chains identifying backhaul paths and the route is pathed in the opposite direction of physical flow
Routes utilizing swing on storage do not qualify for backhaul fuel

§ Routes using receipts from pool meters qualify for backhaul fuel as long as they are in the backhaul fuel path(s).

Please note the Backhaul Fuel Exception Path Presentation has been updated to reflect these new additions and is posted on the EBB under Customer Information/Presentations/Backhaul Fuel Exception Paths 9-1-2026.
