OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 LIFTING 500 LINE, ZONE 4 AND PARTS OF ZONE 5 EFFECTIVE 2-14-2026

Due to forecasted warmer weather with associated lesser demand moving across parts of the system, in order to protect the operational integrity of its system, effective for the Gas Day (“GD”) of Saturday, February 14, 2026, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) is LIFTING the current OFO Daily Critical Day (“CD”) 1 for the 500 Line, all of Zone 4 and parts of Zone 5 pursuant to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC NGA Gas Tariff.

This OFO will be effective for all Balancing Parties (including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA, and LMS-PL).

Please refer to the table below for the affected areas and dates, and the actions required:

CD 1 PENALTY: $5.00 + applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per Dth for quantities in excess of the tolerance

Balancing between OBA points in separate pipeline regions or across meters not located in the OFO area will not be permitted.

In the event this OFO is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of its system, Tennessee may escalate to a Critical Day 2, Balancing Alert, Meter Specific OFO(s) or Hourly OFO(s), or taking any other actions that may be permitted or required by Tennessee's Tariff.
