LOCATIONS OFF RATE – UNDERPERFORMANCE AT THE REX BIG MUSKIE METER 44423 EFFECTIVE 2-8-26-Intraday 1

As posted on Gas Day February 7, 2026 in Notice Identifier #399102, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (TGP) continues to be concerned about the performance of the following receipt location. Due to underperformance, TGP will be making cuts to demonstrated flow for the indicated location for the Intraday Cycle 1 for today's gas day, Sunday, February 8, 2026 and until further notice.
