OFO NOTICE FORMAT CHANGES

Based on customer feedback, Tennessee is updating its format for Operational Flow Order (OFO) notices moving forward. The new grid layout will be sorted by zone to provide quick reference to key details, including:

· Any existing OFOs in effect for current day, next day, and until further notice

· The type of OFO

· The physical location of the OFO

· The specific action being requested of the balancing party

Tennessee continues to prioritize enhancements to notices and DART and is committed to ensuring we meet our customers' business needs.
