OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 LIFTED 12-10-2025

Effective for the Gas Day of Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and until further notice, Tennessee is LIFTING the OFO Daily Critical Day 1 Systemwide for over-takes from the system or over-deliveries into the system for all Balancing Parties (including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA, and LMS-PL balancing parties). However, it is imperative that customers continue to match physical flows with scheduled volumes in order to avoid the issuance of any additional actions across the system.
