ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTION AT STA 114 (SEGMENT 114 BH) EFFECTIVE 8-29-2025

Due to the current Force Majeure posted at STA 119 Unit 1A (Notice Identifier #395661) and current nominations, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Friday, August 29, 2025, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee will schedule Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than 85% of contract MDQ pathed through STA 114 (Segment 114 BH).

The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
