FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 25 (SEGMENT 125 FH) EFFECTIVE 7-18-2025 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at Station 25 near Cleveland, TX on July 18, 2025 (Notice Identifier #395241). Tennessee experienced an issue at the compressor station that necessitated repairs. Tennessee has completed the inspection of Station 25. While there is work that is still ongoing, based on current nominations and contractual obligations, In the Path services are no longer at risk. As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this Force Majeure has been resolved.

This notice will be the final update.
