EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 245 UNIT 1C

EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 40 UNIT 2C EFFECTIVE 7-23-2025 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 40 near Natchitoches, LA on July 23, 2025 (Notice Identifier #395301). Tennessee discovered an issue at Unit 2C which necessitated repairs. The issue has been resolved and Tennessee is in the process of returning to normal operations in the area. As such, effective for Intraday Cycle 1 for the gas day, Monday, July 28, 2025 and until further notice, Tennessee will schedule nominations at Segment 140 FH up to segment capacity as posted on TGP's EBB.

This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
