EMERGENT REPAIR AT STATION 542 EFFECTIVE 7-24-2025

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 542 near Dekalb, MS (Segment 539 BH). Personnel are on site and have begun working on a repair plan. Tennessee is estimating the impact to be up to 250,000 Dths. Based upon current nominations, Secondary In the Path nominations pathed through STA 542 (Segment 539 BH) may be at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Saturday, July 26, 2025 until further notice. Previously scheduled volumes for gas days Thursday, July 24, 2025 or Friday, July 25, 2025 will not be curtailed; however, all increases for the remainder of those gas days will be at risk.
