FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 110 (SEGMENT 187 BH) EFFECTIVE 7-12-2025 UPDATE #2

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at Station 110 near Morehead, KY on July 12, 2025 (Notice Identifier #395152). Tennessee discovered various anomalies in the area which necessitated immediate repairs. Work continues in the field. Latest estimates from the field indicates a return to service by August 5, 2025. Until the return to service, Tennessee continues to estimate the impact to be up to 520,000 Dths. Based upon current nominations, Primary In the Path services nominated through Segment 187 BH remain at risk through August 4, 2025.
