FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 110 (SEGMENT 187 BH) EFFECTIVE 7-12-2025 UPDATE #1

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at Station 110 near Morehead, KY on July 12, 2025 (Notice Identifier #395152). Tennessee discovered various anomalies in the area which necessitated immediate repairs. Work continues in the field. Tennessee anticipates completing the work at MLV 96-2 to MLV 98-2 by July 21, 2025. Once this work is completed, Tennessee anticipates work beginning at the anomaly between MLV 876-2 to MLV 874-2. As such, effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Tennessee estimates the impact to be up to 870,000 Dths. Based upon anticipated nominations, Primary In the Path services nominated through Segment 187 BH remain at risk until further notice.
