Tennessee hereby provides notice of and updates the referenced Force Majeure Notice #141572 issued pursuant to Article XII of the GT&C of TGP's FERC Gas Tariff posted November 16, 2011 and last updated on October 31, 2013

FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 860 RESOLVED EFFECTIVE 7-7-2025

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice escalating an emergent repair issue to a Force Majeure at Station 860 near Centerville, on August 18, 2023 (Notice Identifier #387851). The final repairs are in the process of being completed and Tennessee is in the process of returning to normal operations in the area. As such, effective immediately for the Gas Day of Monday, July 7, 2025 as of Intraday Cycle 1 and until further notice, Tennessee will schedule to capacity as posted to Tennessee's Electronic Bulletin Board which may also include additional maintenance in effect. Please refer to Tennessee's maintenance postings for operationally available capacity.

Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved. This notice will be the final update.
