STORAGE INJECTION LIMITATIONS EFFECTIVE 5-1-2025 REMINDER
As a reminder and as posted on Friday, April 25, 2025 (Notice Identifier #394407), effective Timely Cycle (9:00 AM CCT), for the Gas Day of Thursday, May 1, 2025, due to the high volume of injections and current inventory levels, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) will not schedule nominations for the following until further notice:
· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO at the following storage fields:
o Northern MA (460018) storage field
o Portland MA (460025) storage field
o Portland PA (460020) storage field
o Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field
· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:
o Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)
o Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)
· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD service
As a reminder, TGP is currently not accepting any Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-AO service (Notice Identifier #394394).
Additionally, in accordance with Section 3.3 of Rate Schedule IS of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee requires that 100% of any IS-MA or IS-PA customer balance be withdrawn by May 31, 2025. Such withdrawals cannot be satisfied by transferring the gas to another agreement unless such agreement is an FS contract. In accordance with Section 3.4 of Rate Schedule IS, Tennessee will take title to any customer's Rate Schedule IS storage inventory that is not withdrawn by May 31, 2025.
Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.
