Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Thursday, December 26, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 245 AND STA 336 FOR OVER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· WHISTLEP/TGP Whistle Receipt Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 54847) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

· MIDS/TGP Banquete Plant: Rip 1T Receipt Meter (Pin 412877) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

· NMP/TGP Gillrina Road Nueces Delivery Meter (Pin 47799) - through 100% of PIP increases due to operational concerns; 10,547 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,982 Dths

· STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 40,041 Dths
