EMERGENT REPAIR AT STATION 323 UNIT 2A EFFECTIVE 12-22-2024 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue impacting a unit at Station 323 in Pike County, PA on December 22, 2024 (Notice Identifier #393157). The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, nominations pathed through STA 325 (Segment 324 FH) will be accepted up to posted capacity on the EBB effective for Evening Cycle for the Gas Day of Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and until further notice. Additionally, secondary delivery nominations will be scheduled to the below meters up to posted capacity on the EBB effective Evening Cycle for the Gas Day of Wednesday, December 25, 2024 and until further notice:

Algonquin Mahwah Delivery Meter (Pin #420207)

Columbia Milford Delivery Meter (Pin #420245)

Transco Rivervale Delivery Meter (Pin #420101)
