Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Wednesday, November 13, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· TRNSCO/TGP Kinder La Exch (Bi 1 Delivery Meter (Pin 420373) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 1,084 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 87 South 800 Line (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

· STA 860 South 500 Line (Segment 548 BH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 9,913 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through approx 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 14,140 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 44% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 22,185 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 31,134 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
