Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Tuesday, November 12, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· TGP/SNG Toca Exchange St Bernard Delivery Meter (Pin 420556) - through 100% of SOP increases due to pipeline maintenance at delivery location; 84 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

· EGTS/TGP Ellisburg Injection Potter Receipt Meter (Pin 460012) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 36 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 823 (Segment 823 BH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 8,268 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 9,982 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 35% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 12,713 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 23% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 14,481 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
