Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Monday, November 04, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONE 0, ZONE 1 ON THE 100 LINE, ALL OF ZONES 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6 FOR UNDER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· Tres PAL/TGP Tres Palacios Storage: Delivery Meter (Pin 421055) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to imbalance management quantity exceeded; 81,906 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 409 - Donna Lateral (Segment 490 FH) - through approx 74% of IT increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 16,116 Dths

· STA 87 South 800 Line (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10,645 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 9,982 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 246,780 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 73,315 Dths

· STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 77% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 234,109 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.
