EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 6-2 AND MLV 7-2 EFFECTIVE 10-15-2024 RESOLVED

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent issue between MLV 6 and MLV 7 on Line 2 in Refugio County, TX on October 15, 2024 (Notice Identifier #392563). Tennessee identified an anomaly that necessitated a pressure reduction and investigation to this section of the pipe. The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations. As such, nomination increases pathed through Segment 109 BH will be accepted up to posted capacity on the EBB effective for Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Saturday, October 19, 2024.

This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
