Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Tuesday, September 17, 2024 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· TGP/SNG Bear Creek Injection Bienvi Delivery Meter (Pin 405367) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

· CABOT/TGP St Mary Carbon Black: Dip Delivery Meter (Pin 421080) - through 100% of PAYBACK TGP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 1,712 Dths

· GULFSTH/TGP Petal Storage Field For Delivery Meter (Pin 420797) - through approx 45% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 170 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 20,000 Dths

· MLV 548 (Segment 542 BH) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 29 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 12,395 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through 100% of PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 30,822 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 40,000 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and Tennessee will not accept nominations for Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field.

Tennessee will not accept nominations for FSAO injections at all storage fields.

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

Additionally, no Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
