FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 860 EFFECTIVE 8-18-2023 UPDATE #10

Tennessee hereby updates the referenced Force Majeure Notice #387851 at Station 860 near Centerville, TN, issued pursuant to Article XII of the GT&C of TGP's FERC Gas Tariff and originally posted on August 18, 2023.

Tennessee completed a partial restoration to the Station on March 30, 2024. At such time, the impact of the remaining restoration was estimated to be up to 100,000 Dths. Interruptible and Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through Segment 860 BH continue to remain at risk.

Tennessee will continue to schedule capacity as posted to Tennessee's Electronic Bulletin Board which may also include additional maintenance in effect. Please refer to Tennessee's maintenance postings for operationally available capacity.

Repair efforts continue at Station 860. The remainder of the restoration at Station 860 is now estimated to be completed during the second quarter of 2025.

Tennessee will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
