Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 and closed at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.

The winning bidder is not affiliated with Tennessee.
