TO: ALL TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE COMPANY, L.L.C. CUSTOMERS

RE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AVAILABLE CAPACITY

Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. ("Tennessee") is soliciting non-binding proposal(s) to enter into firm transportation contract(s) for any or all of the following paths:

Zone L to L

Receipt Option	420999 – Zone L Leg 500 Pool
Delivery Option	420366 – Florida Gas Carnes
Delivery Option	420383 – Gulf South Kiln
Delivery Option	420556 – SNG Toca
Delivery Option	412882 – Kinetica Port Sulphur
Term	10 – 20 years, Commencement as early as 10/1/2024
Volume	Up to 300,000 Dth/d

Potential shippers may submit proposals for firm transportation for one or more of the above-described paths. If the points listed are not sufficient, please inquire about alternatives. Meter volumes are subject to availability. Potential shippers are under no obligation to select multiple paths.

Tennessee will select the combination of one or more proposals with the highest value. The capacity contemplated by this Request for Proposals has been posted as available for at least five business days. Accordingly, pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, Tennessee is not required to post a pre-arranged open season in connection with any above described capacity awarded as a result of this Request for Proposals.
