OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST AND NORTH OF STA 219 FOR OVERDELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM OR UNDERTAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM FOR ALL LMPA, SA ACTING AS BALANCING PARTIES AND LMMA BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

·         WHISTLEP/TGP Whistle Receipt Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 54847) - through 100% of SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 16,343 Dths

·         Tres PAL/TGP Tres Palacios Storage: Receipt Meter (Pin 421055) - through 100% of SA increases receipts due to displacement gas unavailable for backhaul; 10,636 Dths

·         Pine PRA/TGP Pine Prairie North Rap Delivery Meter (Pin 421043) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

·         GULFSTH/TGP Petal Storage Field For Delivery Meter (Pin 420797) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to operational concerns; 4,886 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

PAYBACK NOMINATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED AT EACH CYCLE AND SCHEDULED ONLY IF OPERATIONALLY FEASIBLE.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

·                           No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO at the following storage fields:

·          Northern MA (460018) storage field

·          Portland MA (460025) storage field

·          Portland PA (460020) storage field

·          Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

·                           No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

·          Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

·          Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

·                           No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD or PAL-AO services

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.
