RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION IN ZONE L, 1, 2, 3, and 4 – UPDATE
On August 13, 2025, pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff (as it may be revised from time to time, the “Tariff”), Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) posted on its interactive website a “Reservation of Capacity for Future Expansion in Zone L, 1, 2, 4” and Tennessee updated such reservation on July 13, 2026 (as so modified, and as may be further modified herein and from time to time, the “Reservation”). Pursuant to the Reservation, Tennessee provided notice that certain capacity as described therein is reserved for use in a future expansion of Tennessee's system, which will provide incremental supply from Zone 4 to delivery points in Zone L, 1, 2, 3, and 4 (the “Project”). Tennessee posted a notice of open season for the Project on July 13, 2026 (the “Open Season”). The Project is estimated to go fully in-service as early as July 1, 2030, and, consistent with the open season, Tennessee may place portions of the Project in-service, in order to be able to provide interim capacity, as early as August 1, 2028.
Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the GT&C of its Tariff, Tennessee hereby gives notice that it is modifying the Reservation as described herein, to reflect updates to the projected Project in-service date and scope. Except as expressly modified herein, the Reservation, as described in prior Reservation postings and updates, remains in effect as previously described.
In accordance with the foregoing, the Project capacity being reserved includes the following:
Previously Reserved Capacity on Mainline Valve Segments (each, an “MLV”):
Revised Reserved Capacity on MLVS:
Receipt Meter Capacity
Delivery Meter Capacity
Estimated In-Service Date of the Project
Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff, Tennessee may sell such reserved capacity on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the Project, and Tennessee reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the Project.
