FORCE MAJEURE ON MUSKRAT LINE EFFECTIVE 10-9-2026

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C.'s (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas NGA Tariff (the “Tariff”), Tennessee is posting this notice of a force majeure event on its Muskrat Line (Segment 509, Segment 515, Segment 516, Segment 523, and Segment 524) effective for the Gas Day of Friday, October 9, 2026 and until further notice. Due to the projected path and landfall of Hurricane Isaias, evacuations have been reported at facilities in the Cocodrie Louisiana area. As a result, based on current nominations along with forecasted demand, Tennessee is providing notice to customers that Primary In the Path capacity at Segment 524 FH may be impacted as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Friday, October 9, 2026 and until further notice

Tennessee will continue to update customers as more information becomes available.
