INTERRUPTION OF IS-MA STORAGE EFFECTIVE 9-30-2026 REMINDER

As a reminder, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) hereby notifies customers that IS-MA service in Northern Storage (460018) and Portland Storage (460025) is interrupted pursuant to Section 3.2 of Rate Schedule IS of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff.  This curtailment is necessary due to high storage balances, the need to ensure operational flexibility and to serve higher priority customers.

In accordance with Section 3.3 of Rate Schedule IS of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee requires that 100% of any IS-MA customer's storage balance be withdrawn under such IS-MA storage

agreements.  Customers are required to withdraw any balance under the IS-MA Rate Schedules by September 30, 2026.  Also, as stated in the same Section 3.3, such withdrawals cannot be satisfied by transferring the gas to another agreement unless such agreement is an FS contract.

In accordance with Section 3.4 of Rate Schedule IS, Tennessee will take title to any customer's Rate Schedule IS storage inventory that is not withdrawn before October 1, 2026.
