FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 313A-403 TO MLV 313A-404 (HC LINE) LIFTED 9-16-2026

Effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day, September 16, 2026, Tennessee is lifting the Force Majeure event between valve sections 313A-403 to 313A-404 on the HC Line just south of Avoca, New York (Notice Identifier #404199). After further investigation and due to current operational conditions, Tennessee has determined additional equipment will be needed to make the necessary repairs. Due to the delay in obtaining this equipment, Tennessee is notifying customers the Force Majeure is lifted effective September 16, 2026 until further notice.

Tennessee will continue to update customers as more information becomes available.
