EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 258-2 TO 259-2 EFFECTIVE 9-9-2026 UPDATE #1

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue in Berkshire County MA on September 9, 2026 (Notice Identifier #404094). Tennessee identified an issue which necessitated immediate repairs. Work in the field is ongoing. Tennessee anticipates a return to service on September 23, 2026.

Tennessee continues to estimate the impact to be up to 550,000 dths pathed through Segment 249 FH. Based upon current nominations and forecasted demand, restrictions through a pro rata portion of Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through Segment 249 FH for the duration of this project remain at risk.
