Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. ("Tennessee") held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 12:00 PM CT on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 and closed at 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.
